RI’s vision, created by founder Stephen Forchon almost two decades ago, was a reaction to his experiences as a senior client. He had grown frustrated with agency red tape thwarting collaboration, efficiency and speed-to-market.
The way he saw it, clients should work directly with senior agency staff who had the experience and power to make decisions and get work done. We adhere to the same model today. Organizationally, we are deliberately flat. RI’s most senior team is involved in every step of the process, instead of simply passing down responsibilities to more junior staff. This ensures that our clients get the right solution at the right time, the first time around.
